Torque limiter, namely torque limiter, is an overload protection device. When the torque generated by the machine due to vibration, overload or mechanical failure exceeds the initial set value, it will limit the transmission by sliding relative to the central element. The torque transmitted by the system will be automatically compressed and reset with the central element after the machine load returns to normal. There is no need to reset the torque, thereby preventing machine damage and avoiding losses due to shutdown. The central element clamped between the two friction plates of the torque limiter can be a sprocket, a V-belt pulley, a timing belt pulley, a gear, a flange and other rotating parts.

　　1. For accumulation: The stable slipping characteristic of the torsion retainer can be installed on the driven side for positioning and preventing looseness. Applicable machinery: flatbed conveyor, chain conveyor, roller conveyor, belt conveyor.

　　 2. for brakes:

　　 1）. To prevent loosening: Use one of the torsion retainers to re-slip the connection to keep the torque of the driven side stable. Applicable machinery: rotary disc, divider disc, paper feeder of printing machinery, transfer machine of reversal device, disc elevator of lifting device, flat lifting stage and arrangement elevator, roller feeder and balancer of punching device, Feed wheels of wire processing machines, textile machinery and unmanned forklifts.

　   2）. Continuous skidding: Continuously drive the brake of the mechanical device. Applicable machinery: working machinery such as grinding machines, automatic packaging machines, wire processing machines, film machinery, sprayers, and winches to prevent wire slack.
